Previous experience with Craniosacral work is not required.  We welcome all people, with or without therapeutic background, who are interested in personal growth, the development of embodied present-awareness, and the natural resulting increased perceptual capacity. Lecture will discuss the 3 main types of Craniosacral work and their evolution.  The 2nd half of the course will focus on the Biodynamic Cranial Approach, embodied meditation, and demonstration of the work.
